Dine-around Shuttle Option for Thursday and Friday Evening
As usual, dinner is "on your own" on Thursday and Friday evening. You can dine in one of the restaurants at the hotel (be sure to make dinner reservations!) or go off-property to a local restaurant. If you don't have a rental car, you may want to purchase a roundtrip dine-around shuttle ticket for $10 on the AGM registration form. The ticket is a cost-effective alternative to a taxi. (Because we will need to charter transportation ahead of time, tickets need to be purchased before the AGM so that we can assess demand; tickets are also non-refundable.) The restaurants listed below are within one to six miles of the hotel. Because we have evening programs on Thursday and Friday, the shuttles will drop you off and pick you up at pre-determined times and locations convenient to these restaurants. We want to make sure everyone is back in time for the evening events! NOTE: Because winter visitors flock to Tucson in October, be sure to make dinner reservations at the restaurant of your choice or call ahead whenever possible.
