North Texas Region: Spring Tea
Lady Dalrymple's Benefit Concert
The program at the 2018 Spring High Tea is a recreation of Lady Dalrymple's Benefit Concert consisting of a chamber music concert by members of the Fort Worth Civic Orchestra as well as other musicians in the Tarrant County area and beyond. Telemann, Handel, and Mozart are featured in selections that include a suite for flute and orchestra, a serenade, and an Italian aria. Soloists are the North Texas Region’s own Susan Fain, flute, and Susan Adams-Johnson, soprano.
A British-style High Tea will be served in three courses following the performance. The Tea is open to the public.
