Many of our traditional Thanksgiving dishes have their roots in British and Early American recipes. They might seem familiar to Austen if she joined us at our table. (Happy thought indeed!) Kim Wilson, author of Tea With Jane Austen, will share modern methods for cooking authentic recipes and ideas for table settings. Members of both regions will share their cooking adventures and experiences.
