JASNA's web site and several members are nominated in the first Jane Austen's Regency World magazine contest. In our unbiased opinion, jasna.org should win hands down for the Best Jane Austen Web Site.
JASNA members are also honored with nominations. President Marsha Huff is nominated in the Outstanding Jane Austen Contribution category. Two JASNA members are competing in the category of Best New Regency "Know-How" Book: Patrice Hannon, 101 Things You Didn't Know About Jane Austen, and Margaret C. Sullivan, The Jane Austen Handbook. And two are nominated for Best New Fiction: Syrie James, The Lost Memoirs of Jane Austen, and Kathryn L. Nelson, Pemberley Manor.
