2007 Annual General Meeting, Oct. 5-7, Vancouver, BC Canada Theme: "Discovering Emma in Vancouver"
Welcome
|
A warm Canadian welcome awaits you for the JASNA 2007 Annual General Meeting. The Vancouver Region. is looking forward to hosting you and sharing our passion for all things Jane Austen. We have a wonderful program lined up that will both stimulate and inform you. Our theme is "Discovering Emma in Vancouver" and we have invited many excellent speakers to share their knowledge with us. Our venue is the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, a popular place in the city for the past seventy years and host of a variety of celebrations and even occasionally the residence of visiting royalty. As always, our conference is a great time for JASNA members, both old and new, to meet and exchange ideas and viewpoints. We have arranged a special opportunity for Life Members and first-time attendees to mingle. Other workshops will keep your fingers busy making elegant ribbon flowers or reticules to enhance your Regency Ball ensemble.
