Central and Western New York: Frontline Homefront 1812

May 16 - 17

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Frontline Homefront 1812: The Genesee Valley at War

The Central and Western New York Region has been invited to join Genesee Country Village & Museum for "Frontline Homefront 1812: The Genesee Valley at War."

This is an opportunity for us to have some fun together and share our love of Jane Austen and all things Regency. We will have the Town Hall as our "home base" and will have some tables where we can share information about our group and about Austen throughout the weekend. There will also be a fashion event, a dance, and a battle as well as both an Anglican service (Saturday afternoon) and an "American" service (Sunday morning). Regency attire is admired but not required. Set up each day will be between 9-10 a.m. and if attending, you would need to arrive by 9:30 am.

Anyone who signs up to help JASNA-CWNY at the Town Hall will receive free entrance to the museum and a $5 voucher for food for each day volunteered.

Sign up to volunteer.
