As the festive season approaches, we know, “one can never have too large a party,” and the preparations are half the fun! At our November meeting, the Vancouver Region will be creating Austen-themed party crackers, complete with Austen quotes, quizzes, and trims—not to mention the possibility of “cutting up silk and gold paper.”

All instructions and materials will be provided to complete a party cracker with Regency style. For a bit of fun, members who speak languages other than English will be reading passages from the novels. Will you be able to guess from which novel they are reading? Join us for a morning of fun and conversation with like-minded friends!
