Douglas Murray (email: doug.murray@belmont.edu) Professor of English at Belmont University, Nashville, specializes in Eighteenth-Century Studies, the Gothic, and Jane Austen. He (with Margaret Doody) edited Austen’s Catharine and Other Writings for Oxford. He has spoken at JASNA AGMs in Lake Louise, Quebec City, Vancouver, and Washington, DC. He is also organist at Nashville’s Second Presbyterian Church and will be a Visiting Fellow at Chawton House Library in June 2017.
