Gaylord Hotel Reservations UPDATE

The hotel block for the AGM opened today, Thursday, June 22, at 10:00am Mountain/12:00 noon Eastern time. You must use the link or phone number in the pink "How To Reserve at the Gaylord" box on the hotel webpage to receive JASNA's steeply discounted rate of $240 inclusive of resort fee (as opposed to over $400 if booked on other sites). Using the online link seems to be easier than working through a phone agent.
Rooms are still available on the main AGM nights (Thursday through Saturday), but are currently sold out for Wednesday and Sunday. We advise reserving now for the nights/room type you can secure and attempting to add the remainder later, as cancellations will occur throughout the summer. Also, we have held back a number of rooms to ensure that AGM speakers have reservations; once we have verified that, any extra capacity will be released for general sale.
If you are having trouble making a reservation for all the nights you'd like to stay, or not seeing the room type you want, try searching for fewer nights. For example, if you are not seeing Saturday availability when you search Thursday-Saturday, search for Saturday alone. If you end up with multiple reservations, we can help you combine them into one.
