The AGM will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center (6700 North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard, Aurora CO 80019), providing a resort atmosphere that showcases Colorado alpine charm throughout every detail of the property. AGM attendees will enjoy spacious, well-laid out meeting space with breakout and general session rooms grouped together and plenty of areas to relax and converse. Hotel features include:

JASNA’s special rate will not be available prior to June 22. The JASNA rate is available until October 10, 2023, or until rooms are sold out, whichever comes first.


The following room types will be available:


Single Occupancy:      $240 inclusive of resort fee
Double Occupancy:     $240 inclusive of resort fee

A locally required public improvements fee (2.5%) and applicable taxes will be added to room rates.

Subject to availability, JASNA block rates will apply three days prior to, and three days following, the dates of the AGM.

Each person added to a room (beyond double occupancy) is $20.00. Children twelve (12) years and under are free when occupying the same room as their parents.

On-site self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $22 per night, and valet parking is available at $39 per night.

If your plans change, you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation; JASNA cannot do this for you. The Gaylord Rockies policy states that reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to planned arrival to receive a full refund.

A TALE OF TWO HOTELS

The Denver area is extraordinarily rich in natural and cultural treasures. To help AGM attendees and guests make the most of their visit, JASNA has arranged lodging at two properties.

As usual, all of the Pre-AGM and AGM activities and programs will take place at the official AGM hotel—the Gaylord Rockies Resort—including:

  • Departures for pre-AGM tours
  • Plenary and breakout sessions
  • Special events and presentations
  • Three meals: Saturday continental breakfast, Saturday banquet, and Sunday brunch
  • The Ball, games, and other entertainments

After the AGM officially closes on Sunday afternoon, attendees and guests will have a choice:

  • Remain at the Gaylord (at the JASNA discounted room rate)
    • Relax and enjoy the many recreational facilities
    • Make the Gaylord your jumping-off spot for tours

    OR

  • Transfer to the elegant Brown Palace Hotel in the heart of Denver (at the JASNA discounted room rate)
    • Luxuriate in the splendor of this historic property
    • Gather for a private post-AGM tea (ticket required)
    • Explore the hotel on a special tour conducted by the hotel historian (ticket required)
    • Discover the many restaurants, shops, and bars of Central Denver
    • Make the Brown your jumping-off spot for city tours.

Tours on Sunday include pickup at the Gaylord and an optional drop-off at the Brown Palace. Travelers planning to go on the Monday Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods tour will find it most convenient to spend Sunday night at the Gaylord.

The Brown Palace: Elegance and History

Attendees who choose to stay a night or more at the Brown Palace will enjoy a memorable experience to enhance their visit to Colorado. Architecturally stunning, the Brown Palace boasts a central location near numerous restaurants and arts and cultural hotspots. The hotel itself is a top attraction, and you can make the most of it by signing up for Sunday’s private afternoon tea service (see Special Sessions page) or Monday’s tour given by the hotel historian (see Tours page). Additional city-focused tours take place Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.

JASNA’s special rate will not be available prior to June 22. The JASNA rate is available until October 16, 2023, or until rooms are sold out, whichever comes first.

Applicable state and local taxes will be added to room rates.

Parking is available, at a fee, at commercial garages near the hotel.
