We would like to welcome the whole world to JASNA's 2012 AGM, but space is limited. Be sure to register early. We will give fair treatment to mail-in and online registrations. If possible, please register online since online registrations are less work for us and more accurate.

Every person attending the AGM must register

Online registration: each person must register individually; you cannot register your companion as part of your registration. They must register separately. You can use the same email to register multiple people; when you register the 2nd person, just tell the system, when it asks, that this is a new registration. You will then have to perform a couple of steps to confirm the same email. There are 5 pages to registration, Start, Personal Information, Agenda, Checkout, and Confirmation. You can go back and forth between the pages, but once you have confirmed your registration, you cannot make any changes except as noted below. For the Friday Concert and the Sunday Concert and Dinner you may buy multiple tickets on your registration.

Mail-in registration form: You may include your companion on your form and send 1 form for both people.

If you are mailing in your registration, please enclose a check for the full amount.

Registration opens on Wednesday May 2nd at noon EDT
Early registration (on or before July 1st) $300
Regular registration $325
Companion (limited 1 per registrant) $250
Registration closes on Wednesday August 15th or when the conference is full,
whichever comes first.

REFUNDS: Full registration refunds, minus a $75 processing fee will be given if notice of cancellation is received via email to jasna2012@gmail.com, or written notice postmarked by Friday September 1st.

CONFIRMATIONS
If you are registering online, you will receive an immediate system generated email confirming that your registration was entered and your status is PENDING. Within 2 weeks you will receive an email that your registration is complete and your status has been changed to CONFIRMED if space is available, or put on a waiting list if space is not available.

If you are mailing in a form: Within 2 weeks we will mail you a notification that your registration is complete and your status is CONFIRMED if space is available, or put on a waiting list if space is not available.

If you are registering online, you will be able to pay via
