- We've created a new AGM webpage to be the central point for all of the information you may need in these last two months prior to the AGM. Rather than filling your email inbox with lots of long messages, we'll post news, deadlines, new opportunities, and helpful information there.

| HOTEL STATUS AND UPCOMING DEADLINES |
- The overflow room blocks at downtown hotels expire on AUGUST 26. If you do not have reservations for the nights of October 29-October 31, now is the time to make a booking at an overflow hotel or other property! While there will be some cancellations at the JW Marriott, there will not be enough to cover everyone needing the peak nights of the AGM. You can cancel your overflow room later if you get into the JW Marriott (see terms for each hotel), but you may not be able to secure a room at these rates after August 26. Please don't leave it to chance.
- If you already have a reservation for the peak nights (October 29-31) and would like to add October 28 and/or November 1 and 2, those nights are currently available. A few 10/27 rooms will probably become available later. Some attendees have reported that phone agents have had difficulty seeing the available nights -- try the online site instead (no code is needed).
- If you had multiple reservations that needed to be consolidated, the hotel has now done that. We have checked them and will individually email anyone who has an outstanding issue. If you would like to double-check your reservation, you can do so using the "Manage Existing Reservation" link at this site. Your confirmation number may have changed; email us if you need help. Please remember to cancel any unneeded hotel reservations promptly.

| REGISTRATION REFUNDS |
- Through September 15, you may cancel your AGM registration and receive a refund less $50 by contacting the Registrar at jasnaagm@gmail.com. After that date, no refund is available.
- The deadline for changing or dropping any AGM activities (tours, workshops, dining events) and receiving a refund is September 30. Capacity has been raised for some activities, and tour times are currently being finalized. An update to the Tour Catalog will be available by the end of August. If you are on an activity waitlist, you will be notified by email if a space becomes available and will have 48 hours to accept it before it passes to the next person. Your current registration agenda appears at the end of this email.

- We've cancelled the Companion-only Desert Museum tour, but have opened the other Desert Museum tours to Companions and Attendees' nonregistered travel partners. See details here.

| FIRST-TIMERS' ZOOM SESSION and GET READY VIDEO |
- First-time attendees, mark your calendars for September 20 at 7pm ET: We'll host a zoom meeting to share tips and answer your questions. Sign up here.
- We'll record the first-timers' session and post it on the Get Ready! page. A Get Ready! video is also in the works, to provide helpful information to everyone regardless of whether it's your first or thirty-first AGM.
