Tours
“What delight! what felicity! You give me fresh life and vigour. Adieu to disappointment and spleen. What are men to rocks and mountains? Oh, what hours of transport we shall spend! And when we do return, it shall not be like other travellers, without being able to give one accurate idea of anything. We will know where we have gone—we will recollect what we have seen. Lakes, mountains, and rivers . . . .”

A Note on Altitude
Many people don’t notice the difference between the altitude in Denver (5,400 feet) and that in their home region when going about normal activities, but for some, the change can be physically challenging. Visiting higher-altitude areas, such as Rocky Mountain National Park and Pikes Peak (6,400 to 14,000 feet), can be an exhilarating experience as long as you take steps to ensure your safety and comfort. Click here for tips from Visit Denver.
Additional advice about how to prepare, what to wear, and what to bring on outdoor tours will be sent to registrants closer to the AGM date.
