Saturday Evening
—Pride and Prejudice, Chapter 9
In Chicago, we plan to treat you to an evening full of food that is as delicious as any poetry that Mr. Darcy could be thinking of quoting to Elizabeth Bennet. Following a relaxing social hour with cash bar from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, we will join together for the Saturday evening meal in the elegant and spacious Grand Ballroom. Our banquet menu can be seen below.

The banquet will conclude with a promenade to see and be seen in all our finery! The ball will follow, and dancing will commence under the expert eye of our caller, Tom Tumbusch, with music provided by Old Fezziwig's Band. Dances for the ball will be selected from the following list. (Our caller will make a final selection—but the selected dances will all rely on an easily learned repertoire of steps.)
